PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST
*Requirement* :
• Age max. 30 years old
• Min. Bachelor Degree from Engineering (Industrial), Management or Pyschology
• Minimum 1-2 years work experiences in Human Resource as Performance Management or Organization Development
• Having a good and effective communication with all level and function
• Having knowledge about Balance Scorecard
• Willing to work on the self-development
• Willing to achieve goals even in a difficult situation
• Good in analysis and details
• Good interpersonal skill, employee issue handling, Ms. Office

*Job Description* :
• Analyzing and develop Key Performance Indicator (KPI)
• Manage performance appraisal all employee (Mid Year and End Year)
• Ensure Board of Director’s performance management are well documented
• Manage and analyzing monthly performance dashboard
• Build system for performance management itself
• Preparing influential and meaningful report related performance management
• Conduct and develop performance management policy and procedures
• Actively participating in HR strategic initiatives projects
