PT Yamazaki Indonesia (MyRoti)  hiring for GT Operation Manager:

Responsibilities:

- Planning and monitoring the expansion plan in GT.
- Develop Sales and Distribution plan for each products.
- Controlling SPV and MD’s activity in outside including plan, do, check, act KPI results.
- Monitoring activity of admin team in office including plan, do, check, act KPI results.
- Set up new structure of GT using existing manpower together with other manager.
- Investigate issues happened in GT operation directly.
- Provide solution for operation issue and finance issue in distributor.
- Maintain relationship with owner of distributor, controller of distributor and PIC in institution.
- Have connection with owner and controller of distributor .
- Keeping up to date with our products vs competitors products in GT market for recommendation product development in GT market.
- Increasing business opportunities by making program or project to increase sub distributor, agents, new open outlets maintained by distributor.
- Maintain fixed assets, material promotion etc as a tools provided by the company to the distributor on properly valuable and useful.
- provide and monitor estimation weekly for all distributor and institution.
- Any other job assignment that should be taken under direction of superior (Director Level) especially to growth sales and market penetration of GT.

Requirements :

- Maximum age 40 years old
- At least Bachelor's degree with knowledge and good networking of the FMCG market
- More than 5 years in sales of food or FMCG experience ideally General Trade
- Sales-oriented with good persistency to work under pressure
- Good presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Willing work to mobile in Jabodetabek and Bandung
