HR Assistant ( Recruitment Specialist )
- Responsible to source candidates for all positions especially Sales & Marketing positions
- Coordinate with user to find the best talents
- Preparing recruitment materials and sourcing the best candidate through creative strategies
- Screen candidates resumes
- Conduct interview using various reliable recruiting and selection tools
- Coordinate with user to distribute and collect staff evaluation form
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree, any field
- At least 2 (two) years of working experience in related field from Property Developer/ Luxury Automobile Industry
- Proficient in English both written and conversation
- Can work under pressure
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to work within deadlines, communicative, has analytical thinking and detailed oriented
- Available to work: Alam Sutera
