PT APLUS PACIFIC (West Jakarta) invite you to join us for a position in Human Capital Manager
Role:
You will be responsible to lead and supervise the Human Capital (HC) team and ensuring the Human Capital (HC) practices are compliant to the company policies and corporate goals.
Assist in developing effective and timely recruitment process in order to create a solid Super Team.
Identify, design and implement team member training program, team building and development process.
Manage all related standardization of compensation and benefits.
Set and oversee KPIM’s of all team member to align with company’s goal.
Maintaining job descriptions for all positions in the organization structure.
Ensure all legal compliances are met by keeping up to date with the human resource regulations in Indonesia.
Manage employee’s relation and implementing disciplinary procedures.
Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or Psychology.
At least 4 Year(s) of working experience as HR Manager is required for this position.
Strong knowledge about UU Tenaga Kerja, Industrial Relation, Compensation and Benefit, Organizational Development, HR Operation, HRIS.
Excellent in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word & Outlook)
Open minded with cultural difference and be able to apply social perceptiveness when guiding/facilitating/instructing others.
Strong communication skills in both oral and written form especially in Bahasa Indonesia.
Have a strong leadership skill.
Like to meet new people, passionate about recruitment, team development and training.
Self-confident, motivated and a self-starter with pleasant personality.
Fluent in English is preferred.
