BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE (MARKETING)

Requirement :
• Male/Female, Maximum 38 years old.
• Bachelor Degree Fashion /Design /Marketing /Bussines Management or related.
• Minimum 2 (two) years of experiences at the same level.
• Strong written and oral communication skills (English & Bahasa) for managing business and personnel matters.
• Mature, hard working, energic, proactive and team working.
• Having a strong background in fashion, retail bussines, and networking.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Willing mobile work to all site area.
• Placement : Central Jakarta.

Job Description :
• To take brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies to match up.
• Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies.
• To lead creative development and create motivating stimulus to get targeted population to “take action”.
• Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimate.
• Coach the team and get the best from everyone.
• Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
• Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy.
• Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
• Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics.
• Managing business development (marketing) to strengthen sales of online and offline platform.
• Coordinating with internal and external parties regard the operation process.
• Supporting other project assignments related to Retail /Fashion Operation.
• Develop sales in the retail online and offline.
• Analyze how our brand is positioned in the market and crystallise targeted consumers insights.
