Requirements:

- mengerti Bahasa Teknik Mandarin

2.CORFORAT LEGAL
This position will be counsel and handle all complex legal matters and ensure the legality of commercial transactions and advise the company on legal rights and duties.
Responsibilities:
-Consult and handle all corporate legal processes
-Develop company policy and position on legal issues
-Research, anticipate and guard company against legal risks
-Guide managers and ensure compliance with rules and regulations
-Structure, draft and review reports and other legal documents
-Represent company in legal proceedings (administrative boards, court trials etc.
-Draft and administer all contracts
-Negotiate deals and attend company meetings
Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree Post Graduate Degree in Law.
-Required skill: experience as corporate legal in plantation for pulp/mining, legal drafting, litigation law, contract management, corporate legal processes, company policy and position on legal issues, researching and anticipating and guarding company against legal risks, etc.
-Required language: EnglishAt least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Applicants must be willing to work in Deltamas Cikarang Pusat.
-Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
