Human Resources Assistant Manager & HR Supervisor
Responsibilities:
1. To support the Head of HRBP to achieve the HR & Development team’s strategic objectives, as set out in the HR Strategic Action Plan by acting as the HR lead on a range of different projects and responsibilities.
2. To act as Change Agent in Managing Organizational Change where this relates to HR- related activities e.g. restructure, compulsory redundancies and voluntary severance schemes etc.
3. HR Lead for all restructures within the firm, utilizing the Management of Organizational Change Policy, ensuring that formal consultation processes take place with all affected staff and the trade unions, via the Joint Consultative Committee.
4.HR lead on all compulsory redundancy processes, ensuring compliance with employment law and Management of Organizational Change Policy, where appropriate
5.Responsibility for the HR Case List, ensuring that the HR Business Partners are well supported to deal with all employee relations cases, in accordance with College Policy and best practice and for producing a regular Case List activity report for the Head of HRBP.
6. Responsibility, with the Head of HRBP to ensure that all HR policies and procedures are regularly reviewed and implement, also continue to reflect both up-to-date employment law and best practice.
7.Responsibility for running regular HR workshops to provide line managers with information on latest employment law changes and how these will impact on their management responsibilities and existing policies and procedures.
8.Responsibility for the monthly Staff Survey, linked to internal system and analyzing data, benchmarking month to month and performance, propose an Action Plan to address any areas of concern.
9. Responsible with the HR Resourcing & Development Manager for Staff Well- being, by actively seeking ways of supporting the management to reduce of workplace stress.
10. Responsibility for dealing with workplace conflict through the introduction of an effective mediation service and through the introduction of bullying and harassment ambassadors.
11.Responsibility with the Head of HRBP, for reviewing staff awards processes and to design an effective staff award system which recognizes excellent performance.

Requirements
1. Degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resources Management, or equivalent.
2. At least 5 years’ experience years of relevant HR working experience in a multinational company or international environment
3. Well versed in Indonesia’s Labor Law, Industrial Relations Act and other statutory requirements such as BPJS, Income Tax, Etc.
4. Proficient in English (written & oral), proficient in Mandarin (written & oral) will be an added advantage.
5. Proficient with Microsoft Office environment (Word, Excel, Power Point, Email)
6. Must be both task & people oriented and have ability to work proactively and independently
7. Hands-on and willing to roll up sleeves to do the jobs.
8. Good interpersonal and team player skills – strong customer service oriented
9. High level of confidentiality and ethics required
10. Should be willing to travel extensively within Indonesia.
11. Prior experience in the real estate or properties industry will be an added advantage.
